Tulips 🌷🌷🌷

Hi!
I am back bringing you a new Design, from our own
Annie Collins!🌷
Tulips are one of my favorite flowers, and I was super
excited to make something as soon as I saw it!!
I decided to use my Prismacolor colored pencils to
bring them to life!
I used the following color numbers:
PC1003
PC1011
PC120
PC911
PC932
PC956
The word “Thanks” is a Crafters’s Companion Die.
The Frames were made by using layering dies from
Desire.
